Working closely with the Key people involved in the contract such as the Planners and Architects ensure's the clients requirements and deadlines are the main priority. By using local knowledge and suppliers Mark ensure's a close working relationship with clients discussing costs and budgets through each step of the project which give's the customer a real feeling of  being involved in their build.
